Max is a grey and white kitten about 7 weeks old. He came into our lives via Walmart - the new kitten supply stop. Apparently in Texas - when you need to unload a cat, you take it to the Walmart parking lot.
I returned from San Francisco, where I had been visiting Darling Daughter 1 (DD1), and one of my co-workers asked if I could: a) tell whether her Walmart kitten was a boy or a girl, and b) take it! Her cat was being very mean to the kitten, and refusing to enter the house because the kitten was in there.
I came over that night, and was smitten by the kitten.
